A practice from the nordic cross-country skiers, for the season without snow, it is transformed at the beginning of this century, in a new sport activity, practicable anywhere and by anyone, regardless of their age or fisical condition.
Basically, the nordic walking allows a relief in the load on the lower extremities when walking, with a synchronized use of the extremities and upper part of the body.
We can mention among the benefits of nordic walking that it helps to lose weight, relax, oxygenate, strengthen the whole body, develop coordinative abilities and retard aging.
