Welcome to Ellauri Hotel

Kepa Ellauri

With a pleasant smile, reliable, cordial… a bit stubborn at times, but with a noble heart. That’s Kepa.

Deep knowledge of the place and its people and retailer to the extreme, he likes that Ellauri hotel’s guests have everything necessary to spend an unforgettable stay.

Lover of culture, anthropology and nature. He thinks dealing with people from other places is a great pleasure, and fighting with the people of the environment (as suppliers or producers of the area) something essential to feel every day more alive.

Always willing to share everything that clients want to know, his dream is leaving a mark with this project when he is gone.

Randa Farhat

Born in southern Lebanon in the 70’s, she was soon forced to leave her country due to constant wars.

Struggling woman, she arrived in Spain at the age of 17, hardly knowing the language and having to face a new culture. A life lesson that she surpassed with mastery, effort and will, doing his PhD in Pharmacy at the University of Granada.

After living in the United States, in 2003 she meets Ellauri and falls in love with her unique environment. Later on she decides to settle down on this land and set up the hotel together with her husband.

Patient, resolutive, empathic … he likes to listen and feel the affection of his clients; from a simple “thank you” to an affectionate farewell hug.

She thinks that life is a precious gift, which we must value above all things.
